Josiah DeAndrea grew up in Lawrenceville and South Brunswick, New Jersey.  His first acting experience took place in middle school, where he appeared in a short film involving an alien invasion of a middle school. Three years later, he appeared in high school theatre productions and wrote skits for various school events.  This jumpstarted his desire to pursue an education in his newly found passion for acting and writing.

He attended Mercer County College, receiving an AA degree in Communications: Speech and Theatre, and had his first original play produced in the Studio theatre.  During that time, he began his NYC career with To Be Loved, and was accepted into BFA Acting program at Pace University shortly thereafter.  Throughout his time at Pace, he performed in various productions and films in the school and in NYC, as well as having a number of his original plays have Off Off Broadway productions.

Now a graduate, he is residing in New York City with his wife Melody, continuing life as an actor, writer, and director.
